Registration
Thank you for your interest in our program. Registration for the 2012-2013 school year is underway. Boulder OPTIONS will be continuing next year in a new location and with a new name. We will be sponsored by St. Vrain School District and will be called Boulder County APEX Home School Enrichment Program. Our program will be meeting on Mondays at Vinelife Christian Church at 7845 Lookout Road, Niwot, CO 80503 within the St. Vrain School District.
To enroll your child in the APEX program, please email the following information to boulderoptions@gmail.com :

- Phone number
- Cell number(s)
- Email address
- For each student – student’s full name, birth date and grade in fall
Please reference the Boulder Apex Site so we get you on the correct list. Once we receive your information, we will send a confirmation of receipt with further instructions on how to complete your registration.
